Just ch 2(view spoiler)[Wow this is starting out hot! Spins and twists already. The frog scene was hillarious. I can just imagine and it was Charlie's first impression of her daddy that she has longed for. Im hoping the HEA is Thea and Logan and Charlie together. I knew it had to be a secret baby while she was trying to say something. (hide spoiler)]

through ch 5, beginning of 6...hate how fast it went, so good...couldn't put it down.(view spoiler)[She feels like she is being watched? Is Logan a bad guy?
I think it is so sweet how much Logan wants Charlie to like him. He is such a badass at work it seems and he is crumbling with nerves over meeting a 5 year old. I am glad that there wasn't too much tension for either of them meeting again, thea and logan.
I wonder if Logan will be more upset at Gran than Thea was about keeping him a secret? Also, Thea must be a pretty badass artist if Gran was able to identify him with just the sketch and seeing him in an article about the foundation.
I sure hope Logan is a good guy. I know this isn't a murder mystery or thriller so thats good about whomever is watching Thea and the connection between them. (hide spoiler)]

Through 10 ~(view spoiler)[ I think I could talk about something from every chapter. I am still loving it. Not a big fan of Jackson but there is something there with Thea but she says he like brother so maybe he just protective. Something is going to happen either with him or Logan’s parents (hide spoiler)].

15 (view spoiler)[ so will they end of moving to New York. I’m feeling something is going to make her run and then he going to realize how he needs her in larks cove and less work and end up moving there but I’m going so enjoy the read. Got kinda spicy, not sure I was expecting that (hide spoiler)]

Through 24-(view spoiler)[ I sure wish they would have had more time before all hell broke loose with the family. Also hate that while she was so miserable in New York, she didn't talk to Logan about her childhood. I know she is embarrassed about it compared to his riches, but she has overcome so much and that is something to be proud of. With the family going crazy at the dining table, even Granny wasn't given a chance. (hide spoiler)]

I have it set up to read the series. I had a wonky weekend and plan on starting it here in a few.

Chapter Prologue-6 => (view spoiler)[I'm really curious how this will all play out. I have a feeling that Alice is going to cause some issues as well as his family. These two are going to be like fire crackers together I think. (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 7-12 => (view spoiler)[I love how excited Logan was at Charlie's soccer game. It's exactly what the two of them needed to start to grow their relationship.

I love that Charlie wanted Logan to have his special pizza as well.

I also loved Logan's Granny! She'll be the voice of reason with his family, I think.

I'm not sure the stalking aspect the author is trying to throw in will work in this one.

But I loved that Logan stood up for them. I get why they took the break or did the break up, but I hate that they did. A conversation would've worked so much better.

I don't think the stalking issue needed to be in this book at all. I get that this author always wants to put in that "romantic suspense" stuff, but this book did not need it and honestly, it didn't fit at all. It was an afterthought, and then when it all came out, it didn't fit the story. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I totally agree that the stalking of Donny was just kinda thrown in there. Donny was fine as just a bar fly that came in and she vented to sometimes. Logan was already her badass and love it was not needed at all. I am glad they ended up together but thought the epilogue gave away too much for what will happen in the next books of the series. Through 5~(view spoiler)[how has she been mesmerized with him for 9 years, and he never noticed, and why didn't she say something? Oh the devastation she must have felt that he didn't remember kissing her and their time on the swings because of tequila and weed. And when he saw the sketch, and admits to have been "dreaming" of her...What kind of weed did he smoke to have completely lost time? Its funny how positions have switched from her crushing on him all these years to almost stalking, now he is same way. Was so sweet the note, recognizing her name. It is so sweet how much he misses Thea and Charlie (hide spoiler)]

Through 10~(view spoiler)[ I absolutely loved the restaurant scene when Willa got so flustered with Jackson behind her with her parents. Her parents played along so well. They are so cute together walking her home. Did not like the mean girl dinner that downed her crush on Jackson. They acted superior to her (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ I just love how they went through so many nicknames while making out on the couch, like teenagers, and he is being so respectful, its heartwarming (hide spoiler)]

Through 24 (view spoiler)[ way to stand up for yourself Willa! I can’t not believe what happened with his mom. How disgusting is she as a human being. Jackson just stepped right up but doesn’t see that in himself! It’s really sad that he doesn’t think he can love and is so terrified.

Chapters 1-6 => (view spoiler)[I'm not sure how I feel about this one yet. It's nice knowing a little bit about Jackson from the first book. Drinking and smoking weed is never a great combo, so I get why he wouldn't remember the kiss, but he clearly remembers something about her. It would be nice if she just told him already though. He would definitely need to step up the groveling and at least he'd know why. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[I don’t know why I like these cheesy HEA books so much. I like that they have a little drama and aren’t just sex. They do have some spice but also have a story and characters. I really like this series and hope you do too. I’m glad Willa fought for Jackson and didn’t just let him run away. I’m glad she was able to work in the off season for Logan nd can still be completely devoted to her camp. Charlie will be the best big sister and big cousin to all the babies. Wonder who is in the next story. I didn’t recognize their names (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 7-12 => (view spoiler)[Is his mom going to come back and cause issues?? I didn't realize she was still alive I guess. I only say that because something will have to come up as an issue, and she would make sense. Or I guess one of his random hookups.

Glad these two are finally trying to work on things. But him saying that he may have to leave her at some point isn't giving me a warm and fuzzy. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ yes nothing like trying to have a relationship with a runner, but she has watched him hookup with visitors with no commitment for the past 9 years, so it can't be too much of a suprise. I also figured his mom was dead, why else would she had just abandoned him at his aunt's that didn't keep him (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 13-18 => (view spoiler)[So this is where the author is starting to lose me. I don't like that Jackson is already half out the door. He's already saying things like, Willa will be married to another guy, have kids with another guy, her family will never be his, etc... This is giving me a really bad taste in my mouth.

Chapters 19-24 => (view spoiler)[And again, this author is losing me. Jackson killed his mother?!?!? LOL Whatever. This has no place in this book. His mom could just die and he gets custody of Ryder. But no, she needs to add some angst where none needs to be.

Let me guess?? It's his mothers perfume that Willa smelled and Jackson didn't want to tell her that she met with him to get money and Jackson told her no. LOL. I haven't even read it and I'll take it to the bank this is what happened. Let's find out... (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 25-end => (view spoiler)[And I was right!!! This author is very transparent and it's really easy to figure out the route she takes with her suspense aspect. The sad part is that this book didn't need it.

I'm glad they had a HEA. They deserve that. I'm glad that Ryder has a family that loves him. Same with Jackson.

Let's hope the next book gives us a mystery I can't predict. (hide spoiler)]
