Being an authorized GR author and member of the GR Author Program, you should be able to perform these edits yourself. Find out how in this guide.

Functionality to use: COMBINE

Authors are able to edit/update the majority of their listings, however
it's worth noting that certain book data cannot be changed, including the book's page count, format, and cover images. It is also not possible to set a book's description as default.
For technical reasons, authors do not have the ability to add or edit series.
