The Goodreads page for Scaling Innovation is showing an out of date cover with an older title and needs to be updated.

We do not change covers on hardcover editions, if the new one is not yet on Goodreads you can request a further edition at 'adding new books & editions'

This isn't a revised cover for an old book. The title was changed after the book was pushed out to accounts via ONIX. The cover image showing on Goodreads is for a book that doesn't exist.

You can see the correct information on the Kindle product detail page in Goodreads as well.

Librarians can only replace obvious placeholder images. If you represent the publisher you could contact Goodreads staff for this.
