Thanks Linda! I love this series.

My apologies, Jenny. I’m in hospital post surgery, and the brain hasn’t been in gear.

I just finished my first for the month (Murder at the Mansion by Janet Finsilver
), the next in the series is already lined up to start reading tonight :D

Thank you Nell. They seem very appropriate, given the MC’s name, and the fact that they’re one of our featured series this month.
And thank you everyone for the good wishes. I’m hoping to do more reading while some of my other activities are restricted.

Flower of the Month: Aster
The aster flower symbolizes patience, love, good luck, and gained wisdom.
The name aster comes from the Greek word for star. ... In Greek mythology, the virgin goddess Astraea, who represents justice, innocence, and purity, was one of the last immortals to live on the earth with humans. Once she witnessed humans’ greed and chaos, she ascended into the sky and became the constellation Virgo. As she traveled into the sky, her tears left a trail of asters on the ground as a desire for fairness and peace.
