011. Ceonrei Dirith | Fairylite Market
Council Room
Ceonrei arrived at the Voxthain Council Building for a meeting with her Sister Councilor, Caledonia. Unsurprisingly, things went south fast. What started as a tense conversation quickly devolved into a heated exchange of insults, ending with Ceonrei storming out.
Neowrath Tavern
Ceonrei had just wanted to unwind, vent to her best friend Fiehra, and complain about a certain Voxthain Councilor—only to discover said Councilor was sitting right there next to her at the Neowrath Tavern, disguised and apparently itching for a brawl. What followed was a fiery clash of words, aggressively intimate hand-holding, and a couple of shattered hand bones. Ah, young love.
Ceonrei’s Log
Fiehra teleported Ceonrei away to receive care for her wounds after the previous roleplay, leaving our golden girl to contemplate the events and her own emotions and thoughts on it all.
Neowrath Tavern
We circled back around to the Neowrath Tavern, Ceonrei heading back to hopefully find Caledonia there again to talk about everything that had happened. Instead, Fiehra and Hannah, two bartenders and one her closest friend, informed her that she needed to get there quickly. When she arrived, she learned that Caledonia had been abducted very recently.

Cress was gardening at her family’s greenhouse when her sister, Katniss, came in with goodies to chat. They’re very close and have just the most wholesome interactions. Best sisters in the cities, at least Cress thinks so.

A fight, a dickhead, a beautiful woman. All in the daily life of Solaea, because this roleplay didn’t last long before she and said beautiful woman were off to find a hotel room together.

Outer City Path
Bodhi completed his very first murder! Everyone give the guy a hand—actually, he’s perfectly capable of using his own, as we’ve seen. The path above the Clocktower Square and leading up to the Lantas View Diner is where he found his first victim. His mission was to scope out the class divide between the Voxthain citizens, but he’s Bodhi. He instead chose some poor, unsuspecting man to just absolutely annihilate. Well. Anyways! It’s not like he went and slaughtered someone else later, but I didn’t roleplay that one because he’s an independent baby boy.𝗖𝗢𝗚𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗦 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi is a muscular, tan-skinned man whose body bears many scars. His soft green eyes are a stark contrast to his otherwise imposing presence—handsome, expressive. He dresses in tank tops or snug short-sleeved shirts paired with leather pants, all designed for maximum mobility and minimal restriction, highlighting both his strength and readiness for sudden violence.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀He accessorizes with several personal items that never leave his body: a necklace of tan, black, and white beads; rings scavenged from his fallen victims; and an anklet crafted by his late brother, a genius who perished in the shadowfog. The anklet, while functional in aiding his balance, is also something sentimental Bodhi. It is one of the few things he treats with any sort of respect.𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi is a master manipulator of expression, tone, and posture. His dramatic shifts between danger and flirtation, fluster and control, allow him to keep others off balance in a way he enjoys in a twisted manner. He weaponizes his charisma, using flirtation not as affection but as a game, a power play designed to keep himself untouchable.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Despite his violent nature, Bodhi is not inherently disloyal. Those who have earned his true respect or trust are safe from his insanity, but earning that space is difficult, and even those close to him are often unsure whether they’re a comrade or a future corpse. His interactions are sharp-tongued and abrasive, even toward his own squad, but his cruelty has boundaries when it comes to people he considers his.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi views the world through a cold, tactical lens, but there’s a strange sort of honor to him, or at least there was. Something about the cave moss is really bringing out the absolute worst in him, and all he knows is murder and deadpan sarcasm.Likes
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi finds joy in the performance of it all. Masking threats with a grin, watching others squirm under his gaze, and playing people like instruments. He enjoys control above all else: emotional control, social control, and situational control. There’s something intoxicating to him about being underestimated one moment and feared the next. He’s oddly fascinated by moss.Dislikes
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi despises sentimentality when it isn’t under his control. Displays of open-hearted emotion make his skin crawl unless he’s orchestrated them himself—and even then, he looks down on the ones who fall for it. He hates people who moralize, who hold to some golden principle while the world burns, and he especially detests cowards who act high and mighty but crack under real pressure. Anything that reminds him of weakness—hesitation, guilt, hope—he scorns with brutal sharpness. He has no patience for sloppiness, either; messy kills, botched plans, or people who act without strategy grate on his nerves like sand in a wound.𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗖
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bodhi lives by stealth, speed, and strength—traits he’s honed in Faerûn, where magic is taboo and physical prowess reigns. He’s always preferred relying on his own body anyway: powerful arms capable of snapping necks, swift feet that make him untouchable, and a ruthless cunning that keeps him one step ahead of any target.𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗦
Artemis Vaughn | Crew Member | Leader | Elizabeth
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi and Artemis are perhaps the most inherently cruel of the squad, and as such, they tend to associate more with one another than the others. They do not fully trust one another, but they have a delicate balance of flirting, teasing, and threats between one another that works for them. They both know, to an extent, how deadly the other can be and are not in fear of one another, instead hold a base respect for each other. As much as people like them can, anyways.Tasha Romanova | Second | Crew Member | Aelin
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi has only spoken to Tasha briefly in passing, but they once had a longer conversation about their motivations for being on the mission. They learned that they were both on this mission in honor of their brothers, which Bodhi respected about her. As with everyone, he teases her, but senses that she’d rather stay far, far away from him.Nahri D’Catoe | Crew Member | Technomancer | Ash
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Nahri hates Bodhi with a passion, throwing barbed, terribly graphic insults at him constantly. He just pouts, as per usual.Emillie Voisin | Crew Member | Navigator | Bella
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi, the flirt he is, tends to target Em over the others. Sometimes she’ll reciprocate some good old flirtation and lewd comments, but others she’ll bite his head off (not literally—yet) and he’ll return the venom with delighted pleasure. He never takes the time to gauge her mood and react accordingly, why would he? He does as he feels when he wants, and if she’s not on the same page, he can take and return what she gives him, no problem. He might regret that one day, though.Lorencio Cashbee | Crew Member | Voxthain Infiltrator | Charlie
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Discuss with Charlie.Vixen | Crew Member | Asterath Infiltrator | Isabella
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi works closely with Vixen, who offers up information on potential targets for him to murder. He doesn’t try to flirt with her like the others, somehow holding a more respectful relationship with her than anyone else. He appreciates her work and leaves her alone, only returning exactly what she offers him.Beaker | Crew Member | Cat | Everyone
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Too cute. Bodhi avoids Beaker in fear of catching the disease of affection. End of story.Cookie | Crew Member | Cat | Everyone
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Cookie is Bodhi’s favorite of the whole squad, as her personality mirrors his but in animal form. He adores her deceptive nature and how she strikes without warning—just like him. He is one of the few who can even pet her without retaliation, as if she also knows that they are the same just as well as he does.Lumi | Crew Member | Dog | Everyone
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Lumi is friendly with everyone, but Bodhi had never been a dog person. He might give her a head pat when she approaches, but that is the extent of their assassin-dog relationship. Why the hell did they bring a dog, anyways?![]()

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi was born in Runalithe, which was automatically a fortunate start to life as it is the furthest Faerûn country from the shadowfog. His father was never around, but his slithery snake of a mother was. She raised him to be cunning and tricky, and he certainly did turn out that way. Without any other guidance in life, Bodhi became exactly what she wanted. His mother was already part of a group of illicit people committing heinous crimes, and when Bodhi learned of their true intentions at thirteen, he reveled in the idea of assassinating people rather than shrinking from it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀His mother had prepared him for this life, and he was going to live it. He killed a young man who had stolen from their compound when he was fifteen, and had no remorse. This was his life. He had killed dozens of people by the time he was twenty-five, people from all around Faerûn, earning his mother’s highest respect and trust.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀To him, that meant everything. Bodhi had an older brother who was brilliant, and he supplied the assassin group with all of their technology and weapons. Bodhi was never particularly close with his brother but as he was a part of the group and needed assistance, his brother made him an anklet. His clumsiness was detrimental, as assassins needed to be smooth and light-footed. The anklet equipped him with better balance, further jumping, and quicker movement.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi refuses to take it off to this day—not even primarily due to the benefits it offers, but because his brother died trying to explore the shadowfog and Bodhi sees it as a way to remember his brother. When the shadowfog got worse and a group of intelligent and able people were getting ready to be sent to steal magic from a continent across the moon to fight it off, there was also a call for a fighter to protect them if they needed it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi volunteered and quietly killed anyone else who tried to step up, as he felt like he needed to continue his brother’s mission. Something he felt he owed his brother. On top of that, he was perfect when the mission shifted from protecting the crew to draining living people of their magic. Having been raised an assassin, he was able to shift from protector to assassin once again with ease.𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗦
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Bodhi is currently battling his worst demons due to the intoxicating cave moss. It seems to be affecting him more than most, drawing out the worst parts of his psyche and amplifying his bloodlust. He’s on the edge of complete instability, but hey, it’s helping his murdering streak at least.![]()
