Mattie | 7 comments I LOVE thrillers, psychological mind games, and dark “realistic” romance. But I’m worried I’ll get burned out on the genre if I don’t look for other books every now and then!

I have a hard time getting into monsters and paranormal type stuff. But are there any jaw dropping book recommendations for the newer and semi picky reader???

Kyra ♡ ‧₊˚ | 36 comments I turn to translated fictions when I want something a little different and to keep things fresh! There really is such a difference in the writing that I can’t quite put my finger on. Jawbone by Mónica Ojeda is super weird in a good way, also My Husband by Maud Ventura is really good too.

Diana Jaques | 100 comments The Temple House Vanishing by Rachel Donohue
The Picture of Dorian Gray by Oscar Wilde
The Taxidermist's Daughter by Kate Mosse
The Beast of Bodmin by Mark J. Edmondson

Dragon Queen | 300 comments I love Her Soul For Revenge cause it feels like a fantasy book but there is also a lot of romance so it's pretty balanced

Dragon Queen | 300 comments I take that back Her Soul For Revenge is the second book the first is Her Soul To Take

message 6: by Katniss (new)

Katniss Everdeen | 401 comments Do you like dystopian? I know they are like everyone’s favorite, but I love them! If you want to you should try Hunger Games, Divergent, or Maze Runner. I think they are pretty great.

Clarissa Labue-Pham (phamtasyartist) | 693 comments the collector by john fowles is my favorite thriller and a classic worth reading. I'm not sure what genres you're looking into getting into. bitten by Kelley Armstrong is really good. she also has a thriller series I believe that's well revered.
