Done.I'm going to put in a request for a superlibrarian to merge the ebook (with no ISBN or ASIN) edition into the Kindle edition and then there will just be the Kindle edition.
Amazon will always import Kindle editions automatically.
I created my book on my author profile, but I think one book was created when I set up my preorders on Amazon too. As a consequence my book exists twice on Goodreads.
Could you please combine the following 2 books?
