So my buddy mentioned this when I complained about not being able to unload my frustrations anywhere. Since I’ve been bouncing between Ontario and British Columbia, I wanted something that didn’t tie me down. Tried https://www.upstreamcounselling.com/f... and was surprised at how natural it felt to swear, ramble, and just dump everything. No fake politeness, no tiptoeing. It wasn’t pretty, but that’s what made it feel real.
