Thanks for the clarification, Martin! What is the protocol for locating covers for old editions such as this one in the absence of any official publications accessible online? We’re finding this very common with older editions. Any recommendations would be welcomed. We are currently only in possession of a passed down copy that was later uploaded into a PDF file. Thank you
