Emmy Kendall | 4 comments Hey, there! Amazon blocked my original edition. I've combined the new with the old, but now I realize I probably should've been merged them. Now readers are having difficulty rating/reviewing Can you help? Thanks!

This is for Ricochet: A Second Chance Medical Romance ASIN B0FL8ZXQW7

David Raz (davidraz) | 12846 comments I'm not entirely sure what you are asking. What ASIN is the new and what is the old? I only see one edition.

Hi, David, thank you for responding. Maybe it's not even a question about merging because I see what you see. I've had a few readers reach out to me who are having difficulty rating and reviewing, but when they do (something) with the edition, it fixes it.

Now that I'm thinking about it, it could be readers trying to review on an ASIN that no longer exists (Amazon deleted it... long story). Maybe they saved the previous ASIN on their shelf, and they're trying to rate/review that one as opposed to the new one.

David Raz (davidraz) | 12846 comments If the book was available with the old ASIN, the edition should be made available for readers to rate. However, we can't help if we don't know the ASIN.

Scott | 8752 comments This sounds like a technical problem to me. If a book is public on Goodreads, it can be rated and reviewed. Librarians can't do anything about it if they are having problems. They can contact support, or just try again later.
