This book popped up on my author dashboard. I did not create the page, nor am I the only author of this (out of print) anthology. The ASIN doesn't even exist on Amazon? (nor did this book every appear as a hardcover).
So... I'm assuming it's one of those amazon scams.
Since it's probably not possible to delete this edition, can you either remove my name from the book, or please merge it with the official page for the book so it doesn't clutter up my author dashboard?
