Could I please get the following variations of my author name merged into one?

When you add books to amazon, they need to be the same as your author profile for them to be automatically imported to your profile. Any variation and they just go to a new profile.

Moved all the books to your author profile & combined.

Merge on GR means to delete, just so you know for the future.
