B-Still -This provides an opportunity to trust in God's power and faithfulness, shifting focus from anxiety to Him. Stillness, seen as patient waiting, is a way God renews strength, calm hearts and brings clarity. Ultimately, "be still, and know that I am God" is a reminder of God's sovereignty and control. -
