Two Month Challenge
October 1, 2025 - November 30, 2025
For October and November, the theme will be Crisp Fall Days.
You can load your shelves with books that fit the theme in any way - including books you want to read while gazing at the fall colors!
If you want a little help, a few suggestions are offered below.
Books Covers with:
Autumn colors or scenes (red, yellow, orange, brown)
Pumpkins, Apples or Pinecones
Candles and/or blankets
A cozy fire
Coffee and pie
Food or drinks (Candy-Halloween or Cozy Meals-Thanksgiving)
Halloween items
Thanksgiving items
Books with:
Titles beginning with a letter in CRISP DAYS
Authors initials are found in COOL WEATHER
A book that set during the holidays or season
Story fits the theme
Use your imagination and have fun!!
Participation Levels:
☕︎ Level 1 = 1 Book
☕︎ Level 2 = 2 Books
☕︎ Level 3 = 3 Books
☕︎ Level 4 = 4 Books
☕︎ Level 5 = 5 Books
☕︎ Level 6 = 6 Books
☕︎ Bonus Option = Choose a book for your partner that has a Cool Crisp Cover.
To Participate:
📚 Create a shelf that includes books that fit the category in any way.
📚 Choose a level of participation.
📚 Create a post below that includes:
📘 A link to the shelf you created. (Alternatively you may choose any shelf.)
📕 Level you chose (can be regular or x2)
📗 Indicate if you want the Bonus option
📚 Return once partners are assigned to pick books for your partner.
📚 Read the books picked for you from October 1 - November 30.
** Keep in mind that the level you choose corresponds to how many books you want to read over the 2-month period, so you may want to modify your level accordingly. **
Initial sign-ups are open through Friday, September 26th.
Partners will be assigned on Saturday, September 27th
You will have until Friday, October 3rd to post books for your partner.
