Hana Berhe | 4 comments Hi :) I'm not entirely sure how my book got on here, but I would really love it if it were removed. If you require further information or any proof that I'm the author, please feel free to ask. I no longer have access to the author account seeing as it was one I made some time ago, but godddddd was that a BIG mistake.

Tawnya | 4041 comments It wound up here because it is available on Amazon. They send all of their US stuff automatically. Books are not removed except for extremely rare cases. This is on the KU platform. It will never meet the standard for removal.

So there's no way of having it removed? or is it the case that i have to get it removed off of amazon?

Sandra | 31414 comments Even if removed from amazon, it would still meet the requirements to be on Goodreads. eg valid published book.

Goodreads is a cataloguing site not a sales site, so we don't remove books unless there is a legal reason to do so.

Hana Berhe | 4 comments Thanks, Sandra. In that case, would it be possible to at least have my name disassociated from the book so it no longer appears under my author profile? I’m the original author, but I no longer publish under this name and don’t want it linked to me.

Scott | 8696 comments We would not remove a name from a book. Again, this is a cataloguing site.

Hana Berhe | 4 comments Alright, I understand. Thank you for the support.

Tawnya | 4041 comments The name on the cover is H.G. Beyne, not Hana, so unless that is what you are using now, it shouldn't be an issue.
