Who decided the newly released novel You Weren't Meant to Be Human by Andrew Joseph White doesn't meet Goodreads catalog guidelines? This needs to be reversed. (Just because you don't like what a book is about and/or dislike an author doesn't mean you get to censor it.)

No one. There was a duplicate edition that is going to take some time to merge with the correct one:

Goodreads is heavily cached so the system will take a while to update.

Then I should have been be able to use Goodreads search to go to the og edition. I can get to the novels page by going to the authors page and clicking on the novel's title now and three pages for the novel are showing up in search, which is better than none. (Also, when I post the above correct link to Bluesky, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix is the thumbnail that comes up, which is weird and suspicious.)

That is because the link is truncated automatically in group comments. If you copy it it has to be from the URL bar of the book page itself.
No one in this group has access to anything regarding the site's functionality, and what I said in the other post above was what staff relayed. Hopefully it will be corrected soon.

Which is why I replaced the truncated url with the full url when updating my Bsky post to let folks know the issue had been/ was being resolved. It is corrected enough that the novel shows when you search for it, three pages coming up is better than none (which is how this issue has shown up in the past) and clicking on the title name on the author's page takes you to the correct page.

Due to the political climate today, who (and how) would I contact regarding the site's functionality, as a truncated link that takes one to a book by an author who is anti-trans rather than the book by a transman with a transman main character is not the best look.
