My blog is about like in the ancient world which is nothing like what you have heard before. You can find my blog on my web site:
https://www.wilburarron.com. Also there are details on my fantasy book series set in a world like ancient Greece.

Thanks

Florence Osmund | 180 comments On my blog https://www.florenceosmund.com/blog I post articles I have written for other blogs, industry news, and one chapter a month from my book "How to Write, Publish, and Promote a Novel."

Hannah ⚔️ Jaedia (jaedia) | 2 comments My blog: https://www.dragonsandwhimsy.co.uk

Dragons and Whimsy is a book blog focused on fantasy, science fiction, and horror, though I do read other genres on occasion too. I review books, I talk about my life and what I'm reading, watching, playing. I like to highlight interesting (to me) books and talk about different topics.

I try to create a friendly space to discuss all these sorts of things!

Heather Russell (wordworker) | 2 comments The Word Worker is a space as eclectic as my life. Depending on the day you'll find fiction, personal vignettes, spiritual reflections, book reviews, and occasional book promotion.

Michael Scharen | 147 comments My blog, here on goodreads and my website michaelsbookcorner.com contains my editorials on various topics of the day such as what is real science and what folks try to pass off as science to further their social control. Much of these topics relate to my books. However, my books cover them in less detail as they are about action and adventure -- sticking it to the 'Man' at the same time.

message 108: by Justin (new)

Justin (justinbienvenue) | 2274 comments I blog about topics I'm interested in and about genres I write in, mainly horror. I also blog about poetry, paranormal, the wild west and even some writing tactics.

I feel like it's very straight forward though like I write about them because I'm required to because experts say you should have a blog.

Am I the only one who feels like this? Am I the only one who writes a blog like this?

Janet Ruth | 6 comments I see no one has posted here in awhile, but I just discovered this thread, so I'm going to add to it.

I'm the author of three Christian living books. My blog posts, like my books, focus on helping Christians live a Christian life. I've done many posts that take popular secular movies and find something Christians can learn from them about themselves, their culture, or God's promises. I haven't found much of an audience for these types of posts, and I don't know if it's because they aren't interesting, they aren't well-written, or I just haven't connected with people who would find them helpful.

If anyone wants to read some of my posts and provide honest but kind feedback, I would appreciate it!

Christine L. Henderson (christinelhenderson) | 206 comments My blog is about writing. Each week I interview author about their books, how they got started, what they've learned along the way and tips they'd like to share on writing.
I’ve interviewed authors who write children's books to adult suspense and thrillers. They are first-time authors to NY Times bestsellers. The interviews focus on helping others improve their writing by learning from other published authors and introduce readers to authors they may not yet know. Here's a link to my blog: TheWriteChris.blogspot.com.

Precious Dikko | 10 comments Hi, I started this new project called First Chapters. It's a place where authors can put the first chapters of their works with links to where readers can read more. This includes stories online as well.
I hope some of you would be interested. The link is https://preciousdikko.wixsite.com/fir....

What a great idea! Thank you for doing this. I just submitted the first chapter of my historical/fantasy/romance novel, Brenin's Crown.

Fred Rutter | 13 comments Randomness! Which is befitting for the author of "Hitting the Road Without a Map". I am the expert of nothing! But my life entails a wealth of experiences, which is what my blog covers. Experiencing life is its theme - and being mindful of living in the moment. Some of the topics touched so far include Challenges of Getting Published, Addiction, Celebration of Greasy Diners, Appalachia, and a book review. https://blog.hittingtheroadwithoutama...

Hi Alycin. I suspect the four posts criticizing your book are spammers trying to get you to pay them to stop attacking your work. I'll be reporting them to Goodreads and I recommend others do the same. If you get any emails from them, you can include the text of the email when you report them. A number of other authors in this group, including myself, have been hit by them. These posts are pretty pathetic, and most everyone knows they aren't for real. Pay them no mind. Just report them and eventually Goodreads will remove the posts.

Dan Ehrenkrantz | 1 comments My blog, Not So Random Thoughts, is in the spirituality genre. The last post was on freedom. The next post (coming soon!) will be a lesson we can learn from spam emails. Other topics have included authenticity (a take-down on how authenticity has become the new buzzword), fear, humility, a critique of Kate Bowler's critique of mindfulness, and how God's penis (or lack thereof) is treated in the Bible. I try to publish around once each month.

Lester Fisher | 215 comments I have blogged about my experience with a publisher and now with a publicist. I know many people think I paid too much to Authorhouse, but I am reporting the results as the come. I also comment on the current situation in Ukraine by way of my letters to POTUS. The general topic of my memoir is "my life through the 20th century and into the 21st" My great great maternal grandparents came to Oregon in a wagon train and homesteaded in Silverton Oregon. My paternal great grandfather homesteaded on the High Desert in Burn Oregon, my grandfather started his career in the woods driving a team of oxen in Eastern Oregon. They lived through WWI and WWII. I lived through Vietnam and Iraq and Afghanistan. A lot of very major changes occurred in the 20th Century! Sometimes we forget how much they impacted how we live now. www.LesterFisher.com

Richard Becker (richardrbecker) | 8 comments My blog used to be about marketing communication. I was one of the original marketing bloggers that spent a great deal of time navigating the early days of social media and what it meant for business. After a hiatus of sorts, I returned to writing a post now and again about my books, making it sort of a mixed bag.

Jacqueline Heron Wray (jacquelineheronwraycom) | 7 comments Hello. My blog is mainly about social history. I returned to my native Ayrshire in Scotland in 2017 and was amazed by the rich history I had previously been oblivious to. That said it is a bit of an eclectic mix, I wrote about Alzheimer's after my mother died. The emotion and anger that had built inside me had to come out.

Diane Johnson | 52 comments I mostly post book reviews on my blog, occasionally promo my own books there too. But every once in a while, personal things creep in, like the time when a tweeter wanted to start something over my stand against book bans by trying to convince people that my books were racist and "not very exclusive" (they meant not very inclusive). Fun fact—I got a book sale from that encounter!

Greg Curtis | 91 comments Hi,

Lately I've been blogging about Deep Dream AI. Posting some of the images I (well the computer actually!) have come up with. As an author I'm always looking for cover art. It's amazing what these AI programs can come up with - even if they are all going to go psycho and destroy the world!!!

Cheers, Greg.
