i made the mistake once of emailing with a very...budding writer on yahoo. she then proceeded to IM me constantly about the piece she'd sent, what did i think, etc. oh god. and it was bad. i told her nicely, but wow.

my new job makes it hard to IM at work.. i guess the good part is, people can't stalk me. ;-p
