KOMET | 868 comments I'm now reading the new novel "The Satapur Moonstone" by Sujata Massey, who is one of my favorite writers.

The novel is set in India during the early 1920s and has as a main character one of India's first women lawyers caught up in a mystery. Fascinating stuff.

The Satapur Moonstone (Perveen Mistry, #2) by Sujata Massey

KOMET | 868 comments Camel Pilot Supreme: Captain D V Armstrong DFC by Annette Carson

It's a fantastic NEW BOOK about a most remarkable World War I airman who made a point of proving that one of the war's most redoubtable fighter planes (the Sopwith Camel) --- which had a reputation as being very tricky to fly --- could be safely flown in combat.

Jan O'Kane | 65 comments Since my husband and soulmate passed away on October 27th, I haven't been able to read. Big change for a book a day. What I need now is to see more books of mine. Mortgage payments are scary on such a limited income.
Hope to find a new normal, and get back to something other than what I am feeling now.

Thank you again,
