Hey! I had no internet access for a whole week while I was reading the book, so I couldn't share my thoughts with you in real time. But I just finished it yesterday and I wrote on my phone what I was thinking about it while reading, so I'm going to share it with you guys. I'm really sorry XD

Chapter 3

(view spoiler)[ Most of the time I try to understand people's reasons to do a determinaded thing, and I know Susie's mother wasn't happy even when her daughter was alive. It's just so wrong what she's doing, it feels so selfish. She's trying to be reasonable about the Mr. Harvey thing, but I feel like she just doesn't want to find who killed her daughter. I know she's mourning in her own way, but she's irritating me. (hide spoiler)]

Chapter 22
(view spoiler)[ I'll never understand why she didn't use this time she had on Earth to say something important about where her body is or where to find Mr. Harvey. And I also don't think it's fair with Ruth that she used her body to have sex, it's so invasive. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[ The book ends quite like the movie, though they have a lot of differences. I was expecting the book to have a different ending, 'cause it kills me to know they'll never find her body and that that man died that way! I mean, it's fair that he died, but it should be something worst than that.
I also think Jack accepted Abigail back a little too fast. The woman was gone for 8 years! It was a hard time for both of them, but still...

The book tried to be more realistic whereas the movie tells us the story in a naive way.

I liked the book, but I was expecting something more, specially from the ending. (hide spoiler)]

Yeah. I agree.. I haven't seen the movie though.

You should watch it. I really liked some thing in the book, but I believe I like the movie better somehow.

There are rare cases where the movie is better. I will watch it today. Let you know later..

I liked the book better than the movie.

I agree the book was so much better but I did like the movie the only reason I liked it was because I had already read the book so I knew details that were skipped or not emphasized in the movie.
