Captain, My Captain was part of an anthology. Our stories have now been released to us and I have combined the covers on my dashboard. I can't, however, edit my book description. How do I do that?

You should see an "edit" option between current description and the purchase links. Grayish. I think it takes you to this link: https://www.goodreads.com/book/edit/2... -- but not sure because I cannot edit for you.

Or you can tell a librarian over in the librarians group and they will do for you.

Thank you for responding. I've already tried that. I can get to the screen, but it won't allow me to edit. I can't do anything to it.

I don't understand why I can't edit MY book? That's just strange...

Can you go to your dashboard, click either the edit profile or edit data link. Then scroll through to the part that you want to edit and after editing what you want, press the save button located further down the page. I hope this helps.

Thanks but no. I know how to do it, it just won't let me. It won't let me delete or override the description. It's very strange. It's the only part I can't change.

If you provide a link to the book and the description in the GR Librarians group, they can do it for you and see if it is just you with the issue or if it affects them also
