If you want to self harm, think about all the things you'll miss. The sky, the birds, maybe even how the light perfectly catches on that picture of you.

Think about how you'll feel the morning after
When the regret settles in
And if you do harm, make sure to treat and bandage the wounds
That's what I always made sure to do. It helps with the sting

I've attempted self harm before. I don't know what Iw as thinking, but I'm glad my brother stopped me.

I have personally never self harmed. I have thought about it but never have actually done it....

Why would you attempt self harm?

I will warn you, if you ever start it, its hard to stop. Really hard. So just think about it before you do it.

I have thought about it since then, too. I think that things like cutting for zayn are stupid, making fun of people who actually have problems isn't very nice...

Yeah, I am a big fan of 1D but have never cut for it. Also 1D wouldn't want there fans to hurt because of them

OMG so my brother has a mental disability, and everyone calls him retard and things like that. It hurts me to think he has self harmed. He was the one who stopped me, because he knew firsthand the stupidly of his actions.

And yeah, Nicki, I agree. It's stupid when people do that.

While I never did self harm I have been tempted to multiple times, a few years ago

What did you expect about a topic about self harm? The fact that self harm exists is in of it self is depressing

If by self harm you mean cut myself or drink poison purposely then no I have not done

Yeah, it really depends. Some of us just know that some people are going through crap and we can make it a little better by being kind

Too me one of the biggest things that help is to fully explore that dark side and embrace it, if you accept you including your problems then you know who you are

It's like 8am and I got 4 hours of sleep.......

I used to hate sleep, cause my nightmares were so life like and torturing

I've only ever had one nightmare and that was when I was about 8. I don't have necessarily happy dreams, but they don't bother me to the degree where I can call them nightmares.

Worse time ever... My best friend/ boyfriend disappeared, got grounded or whatever shit happened back then
And eveerynight I dreamed he was with me, or back, and I was soooo happy!
Every single fucking morning I woke up and had to realized it was a dream.. And my life was a nightmare
I didn't lose him once, I lost him everyday for weeks

The dream felt too real

That's lucid dreaming. I can do it some nights.

Its simailer, I am a natural Lucid dreamer. Its basically when you know your in a dream and can shape and change it whenever you want.

Lucid dreaming is when you are aware of you dreaming, so it is pretty similar.

I can remember flashes. Like, maybe a beach if I'm dreaming about a vacation. I don't tend to remember bad dreams...
