I also have one confusion, and would appreciate your help in clarifying it. Please excuse me if I come across as being ignorant but I have to admit that I am kind of new at this...!

Anyway, I was under the impression that if someone 'likes' the page then that means that they automatically follow it, that is, they automatically get latest updates posted on that page on their Facebook home page. Isn't this true? I mean, won't all the people that have 'liked' my page automatically get the latest posts from my page on their home page?

To make sure you always get updates from a page that you like you need to tick 'get notifications' which is on a dropdown from the 'liked' button on that Page.
Facebook have stopped including all updates from Pages on peoples newsfeed but I understand that the more you 'like' the posts on a page the more likely they are to show up in your feed.
I've noticed recently that most of the posts which show up on my newsfeed are either from friends or from groups that I belong to. I think it's all part of Facebook's strategy to make businesses pay for their posts which they can do by boosting them. Has anyone noticed less posts from Pages showing up in their feed lately?

Ramla, thank you for asking that! I was wondering why I never saw many of the facebook pages I liked - this is why. I never knew to tick the box.

I don't have anything for you guys to join or like yet (except a regular facebook page if anyone is interested in that, Susan Trimble Winlow) - but I will have my book blog up and going in a couple of weeks and I'll let you know what it is then. I'm still working the kinks out - I'm having my own "soft opening." lol
