in bed, with head leaning on the headboard (see my picture). When I was younger I used to read while eating, usually an Asterix or Tintin book.
No particular favourite time for my reading, I read every free time I have but I must read before going to bed at night otherwise I cannot sleep.

Meaning how to you usually read your books, what time, what is your favorite reading place ….etc…

same here ....i would always say ok after this chapter then nap time but than the story gets interesting andi ended up read the book until 4 am ....LOL
Surprisingly my most effective reading position seems to be sitting down, under plenty of lights, on my office desk.
Shesh! Bust me for such indulgent readings at office hours!
At home I can't get too comfy or I'll just doze off. Koma sampai pagi.
Though I do have a favourite reading spot. It's the couch - provided it's not full of kain baju kering yang tidak berlipat.

kain baju kering yang tidak berlipat??
That's the first i've heard of that LOL

I read whilst waiting!
But oh, if the book is particularly susah, then I read at the dining table with my huge Oxford dictionary open and pencil in hand (I 'collect' bombastic words. I underline them and write their definitions at the bottom of the page). Yes, yes, I'm weird like that hahahaha

Dear Deviki
Imagine working mum with three small children. The amount of laundry is unbelievable. Martha Stewart could get a heart attack if she ever get to stuck her head in my home.

When I was working in KL, I would read on the train. These days I would always bring a book in my bag. Depending on opportunities I would also read in the car or while waiting for food to be served in restaurants. That is OK as my hubby would do the same!

wow i can't never sit like that for a long time without getting cramps .....my cousin have to read books while laying on her side on the floor ....it's amazing how long she can stay like that ....

position: sitting on the floor (tiled - cool), knees up while my back on the wall.
time: after Subuh up until 8-9 am (or until people in the house wakes up).

Deviki, it's a bit late for me to chime in, but my favorite spot would be on the sofa in the room where my TV is, and also the bedroom when I feel like lying down with books.
I used to stay late at night to finish favorite books when studying, but not anymore now, afraid that I'd be driving to my death just because of a book on my way to work!

You know my sister also avoiding reading at night because she also drives to work .....although sometimes she complain she miss it very much

and that's how i get comfortable. :D

On the contrary, I'll read when I start getting uncomfortable. Books are my therapy, my escape to a different, peaceful, world.
Having said that, I do read for leisure as well. Favourite spot is my bed.

Seronoknya! Job scope saya memerlukan saya sentiasa switch on telefon dan bersedia untuk menjawab panggilan pada bila-bila masa walaupun sedang tidur :(

I get a kick outta reading books on my bed either laying on my stomach or on my back with lots of pillows, my coffee or drink nearby….and my fan chilling my room ….and I usually like to read book at night or late evening after taking hot bath …. Even better if it’s raining outside
How about you ?
