I need help on how to delete this book status:

since I found later it was my misunderstanding, in other words, there are some few books (manually add books) like this which I do not mean to sell/swap.

You can uncheck that checkbox by editing your review.

However, are you sure that you didn't mean to add one of these editions? A book published in 2003 should have an ISBN, which means that it's probably in the Goodreads catalog already.

Also, looking at some of the other books which you've added manually: When you create a new edition of a book, please keep in mind the following things --

(1) The primary author of a book should be listed as the first author.

(2) So there's no need to put the author in the title field.

(3) The translator or editor of a book should be listed in a secondary author position. (Click on "add new author" to get a secondary author field.)

(4) If there are multiple editors or translators, each one should be listed as a separate author. (Again, keep clicking on "add new author" to get fields for this).

(5) These details are optional, but highly appreciated: ISBN, binding, brief description of the book.

(6) After you add a new edition, if different editions of this book exist in the catalog them please combine them with your new edition.

And, of course, do be sure that the book isn't already in the catalog! The best way to check is by searching on the ISBN, if the book has one.

1. I tried to uncheck the checkbox by editing my review (Aristotle: Ethics) but in vain, i.e. under the last slot with this line:
Added: October 17, 2009 Condition:good edit
I clicked at 'edit', what happens is not feasible.
Therefore, I used the 'remove' key from the 'books i own' list instead, there are 13 books there.
2. Your advice on visiting 'one of these editions' is great since I can find the 'Aristotle: Ethics' volume there. As a matter of fact, there is no ISBN printed on this Folio volume, as well as the other four in the boxed set.
3. I have your 6 points of advice printed out to read and conform.

Hmm. It sounds like there's a problem with the new swapping system. You might want to ask for help in the Feedback group.
