Sandi (sandikal) I used to subscribe to Aboriginal Science Fiction before they went belly up the first time. (They resurrected and sent me one more issue, but didn't complete my subscription.) I used to pick up copies of Asimov's Science Fiction and Fantasy & Science Fiction magazines years ago. I'm thinking it's time to subscribe to a SF magazine again. For those of you who read the mags, which is your favorite?

Angie | 342 comments I don't subscribe to any SF magazines but I do subscribe to Entertainment Weekly. So I get a pop culture fix on SF topics...books, movies, actors, authors. I love EW!

Sandi (sandikal) I decided to subscribe to Discover magazine. I'm thinking it may be best to keep up with current science so I can understand current science fiction better. I used to get it many, many years ago and it was great.

I figure I can pick up a mag when I'm in the bookstore, if I'm in the mood. I also ordered a science fiction anthology for a short story fix.

Jeffrey | 204 comments Locus is a very good sf magazine (winner of countless Hugos), with great information about current books, interviews with authors etc. Good source of info about best sf.

Asimov is well regarded and publishes many of the best sf stories.

However, who has time for SF magazines. Between reading the paper, the net, work, kids and reading books, I gave up on magazines a long time ago. Barely do crossword puzzles anymore.

I currently have a subsciption to the New York Review of Science Fiction, but I think it's going to lapse. (Momentary cash flow problem)
