The book I have in my hands has ISBN-10: 1-58234-801-4 and ISBN-13: 978-1-58234-801-8 listed on the copyright page. It also has 328 numbered pages, 329 including the Acknowledgments page.

The book on Goodreads with those ISBN numbers has 336 pages. There is no edition on Goodreads with 328 pages.
The edition of this book on Amazon.com with 328 pages has ISBN-10: 1435236106 and ISBN-13: 978-1435236103

I am so confused. Do I add a new edition with 328 pages and no ISBN number, since another book uses the numbers this one has? Do I add an edition with 328 pages and the ISBN numbers on Amazon? Or something else entirely?

The page numbers imported from Amazon are wrong most of the time. If you have the book in hand (and you're a librarian), simply edit the page numbers to match what you have.
