Great post, Vincent...and the one which follows from the home schooling Dad...we home schooled our kids, too and they're both huge readers.
This age of interaction with authors and readers is definitely a boon to both sides of the fence. When a classroom read my book together, we had daily interactions...marvelous. It was like sitting there answering their questions while they read.
