The full title of this book appears to be Martin Jarvis Reads Carry On, Jeeves in New York. (If you go to the Amazon.com page, and see a larger image of the cover, this is clear.) That is, the reader is "Martin Jarvis", and he (and not Jeeves) is in New York.
The Amazon.com information about this explicitly talks about the classic "Carry On, Jeeves" and compares it to other readings. This should clear up any possibility that it is a new anthology of Jeeves stories all taking place in New York.
My question is simple: Since this is just another edition of Carry On, Jeeves it can clearly be combined with that one, however I would like to change the title to just Carry On, Jeeves. Is this acceptable? What is the prior stance on audiobook titles which include the recording location?
I would change the title to "Carry On, Jeeves" and put the additional information about the reader and his location in the description. Then I would combine with the other versions.
