Would people like a more structured way of reading and discussing the monthly reads? I.e. setting a timetable of what chapters to have read by when?

Sometimes I have to wait to get a book from the library, too!

Yeh I did think that it would be difficult if people can't get hold of the books on time.

If there are ways in which you think the monthly reads/nominations etc could be improved for the new year then let me know.

I'm happy so far. It's good having a choice of books, too. And, I like voting for themes.

It works really well. We get a diverse genre of books and the comments from others show the book in different lights.

Regarding the choice of books, how about trying for books that aren't recently published which might make it easier to get from the library.
