Delilah Dawes from Making the Skies Fall
Maybe she's one of those people where it takes a lot to get them mad, but once you do, they explode.
Yeah...maybe that's how she puts up with Mitch...hahaha.
Let me try and think of more flaws...
Since her parents are way too controlling, maybe she's not controlling enough once she has her kid? Maybe she's kind of a pushover.

Wait, appearance change: She looks like a slightly heavier version of Jennifer Love Hewitt.
Maybe sarcastic or subtly funny, so that every joke she makes is sort of an inside joke. People may think she's pretty clever perhaps as far as that goes...

Haha!Perhaps she blends into the background and watches till she can point something out that embarrasses a jerk or somebody arrogant. Maybe also to make a really good joke or something.
Maybe she gets scared really easily. Like me. If there's a really loud noise, I scream. XD
And perhaps she can be really intimidating despite her fear if she wants to be. Is she small? I can for some reason see her getting ticked of and backing someone into a corner.
She is kind of small... oh yeah, I almost forgot. She does a lot of modern dance. That's actually kind of how she met Mitch...and why she totally hated him at first...
Okay, so back when Falling Skies (the band) was relatively new (like, three years), they were going on tour and they wanted some back-up dancers/singers/whatever and Delilah auditioned kind of on a dare, and...Mitch...didn't like her... He had a jerky moment.
But he totally fell for her, and eventually she forgave him.

Adorable, I know. They make such a darling couple. It's kind of funny because Mitch is really tall and Delilah's really short. But still darling.

Her parents were really controlling (mostly her mom), but they weren't, like, abusive or anything. Oh, I think I mentioned this in my description of her, but her mom is kind of out to get Mitch so she gets in a lot of fights with her.
hehe... evil in-laws... (sorry... that just reminded me of a movie)

Indeed. Those are all pretty much perfect descriptions of Delilah's mom.

Yeah, and her mom (Angela) gets kind of upset at how much the baby looks like Mitch...XD

Well, mostly because of his career choice. She also thinks he's not good enough for Delilah.

Yes. That's mainly why Angela hates him. She also thinks he's like every other rock star out there (drugs, sex, etc.) but he's not.
oh... I though she might have thought it was an unstable career or something... but that makes sense
Well, in a way it's kind of unstable, I meean, you never know how well an album will sell, but he makes really good money, ya know?
Yes...it's really sad in one part where this really jacked up magazine article makes Angela think Mitch is cheating on her...it makes my heart cry. TT_TT
Delilah doesn't buy it, of course. Thank heaven for that.

Things you know about the character so far: She's married to Mitchell. She's kind of quiet, but can be out-spoken when she wants to be. It drives her crazy about how her mom totally hates Mitch, mostly for his career choice (he's in a rock band, and a very successful one at that). She's an only child. Oh, and she's, uh, pregnant. Some of my friends got really excited when they read that part...☺
Things you know about the character's past: Her parents were really controlling and they still kind of are even though she's been married for almost 5 years.
Where you think the character will end up: Uh. Hmm. She's not extremely important, but I just can't stand it if Mitch's wife is flat.
What you want help with: Past and personality. She needs interests! So far her only flaw is that she's FLAT! She is currently such a Bella!
