Who is your favorite character in Dhampir & why?

Also, as a follow up question to that...
We are introduced to many characters in this book. Some good, some bad and some we just don't know. Of the surviving cast - who do you hope makes apperances in future books or becomes a main character? Who do you hope fades away because, eh, you could do without them?

I think that Leesil has become my favorite character. I've read the first four books, so I know a little more about his history. I like that he is so incredibly dangerous, yet has the most disarming and like-able personality.

On the other hand, I find Welstiel to be completely irritating. I understand that he is an important character, but I don't like him! :)

Leesil is also my favorite character throughout the entire series. I really missed him in the first book of Noble Dead 2 (In Shade and Shadow).

Chap also becomes another favorite character. Yup - I like the dog!

Leesil is my favorite character. At first I wasn't sure about him. Then as the story went on, I could see his character get more entangled with Magiere. I mean he starts seeing things that make him wonder about her but as each thing happens to her we get to see what his feelings for her are.

I'll read the second book just to see what continues.

My least favorite character- well at the end it is Welstiel obviously because of his "influence" in Magiere's life.
However, I was just as put off by Ratboy.

I would like to see Rose and probably some more about Karlin. Karlin because of how useful he was to Leesil.
