I reread an old favorite in the Shielders series. Shadow Fire. It is an arranged marriage to save her people so she marries a barbarian alien.

Currently reading Veil of Shadows by Diana Marik and I really love it!

Finished with the Dirty series by Jane Diamond. Sexy, romantic, sad, very, very good. Now I'm thinking something paranormal? More contemporary?

I just finished reading The Enforcer Chicago Bratva by Renee Rose. It reads fine as a stand alone even though it's book 3. Hero is Russian, had his tongue cut out by his former employer, and has been attending the heroine's weekly band shows at a bar for a year. He is desperately in love with her and just wants to be around her.

Hello, mafia romance! I just read the first three books of J.T Geissinger's Queens and Monsters series and it was delish. Yum! While the final book isn't released, I tried a new author on for size and it was a good read. The book was Finding My Reason by Claudia Burgoa.

I read a bunch of books by Melanie Harlow and really liked it, but I finished and it fell so flat, that I'll leave this author alone for the moment. Now I'm starting .

2021 was a very hard year for me, so I found some confort in rereading some of my favorite series. Also, I read some new good series and books.

I wasn't impressed with: , , , (something happened to me with J.R. Ward's latest releases because I didn't loved them as allways).

I'm binge reading the Walsh series by Kate Canterbary. Skip book 1 the family drama is over the top angst. Start with book 2.

Hey you. Don't force it, that's the worse thing you can do when in a reading slump. Try re-reading a fav, or choosing something really short or perhaps an audiobook if you don't usually do those. Or maybe doing something else instead until you get the bug to pick up another book.

I just finished Helen Harper’s blood fire series Bloodfire. It was fun but I could tell it was an earlier book because the plot and characters are much smoother and more developed in her more recent books. I just started Dragons Don’t Eat Meat and it’s really fun so far Dragons Don't Eat Meat

I found out Laurann Dohner has a new release in her Nightwind Pack series. I don't remember the earlier 2 books so I'll go back and re-read those and then this new book.

I am about 45% in and it is starting to pick up.

I`m reading Nothin But a Good right now and it is actually really good. For those of you that are gen x'ers and listened to hair metal back in the day i would reccommend it.

Just finished the Mitchell sisters series by Samantha Christy. Amazing books, great writing and the main plot are always so very well thought.

Right now I am reading a Luna David book, Protecting Braden. It's an m/m contemporary romance, but one of the secondary characters has some paranormal ability. It's one of those alpha male military dude falls in love with a pastry chef romances, but it's done well.

I am loving the alien romances by Ursa Dax. These heroes say the most romantic things and are obsessed with their human mate.

Am loving K.M. Shea at the moment. United - 2nd in her Pack of Dawn and Destiny - just came out.

I've been reading Harmony Raines Wishing Moon Bay series and Linsey Hall various series.

I really liked this alien romance. It was funny too.

I'm re-reading T. S. Joyce books - I have 83 (so far) and I think $129.57 was money well spent. Love these books.

I am reading Sweep by Cate Tiernan.
It's about a girl of 16 years old, Morgan, that is living a normal life. Until a new guy comes in at her school. Beautiful, mysterious, he invites her and her friends to wicca. She discover then that she's a witch and she's adopted...
Good story so far, it's a series and im at tome 7. It's not incredible, but enough to keep me interested.

I am re reading refugee from karen lynch. And waiting for the next book from Ilona Andrews, hope it will be published soon. The last one from kinsmen series was great but so short....

I am on a Grace Draven binge at moment. Her books are unique and well-written. Fantasy romance at its best!

I am loving author Athena Storm's Champions of Ataxia series. Alien heroes and human mates. They are pretty funny.
