Have already finished a few, so I'll add those here...
A Certain Slant of Light
An interesting take on haunting a classroom-what if one of the students actually sees you?
Catching Fire
I am in love with Suzanne Collins. What an amazing writer. Just finished this one the first week of 2010.
Elsewhere
This book was a different take on where you go after you die. Although I'm not big on reincarnation, I thought this book was inventive in how it shows life after death.
Fairest
This book was okay. I liked Ella Enchanted better (different & more intelligent than the movie, by the way).
Fever 1793
Again, it was okay. I liked Halse's Speak much, much better.
Coraline
A deceptive book. Seems to be for children, but pretty spooky. I haven't seen the movie, so I'm unsure how it compares.
Stardust
Apparently I really like Neil Gaiman. I had already seen the movie, so I was interested to see how the book compared. The book was better (as per usual).
The Highly Sensitive Person
Currently reading. A lot of psychological mumbo-jumbo so far, but that's to be expected.
What Should I Do with My Life?: The True Story of People Who Answered the Ultimate Question
I'm only a few stories into this book, but I really am enjoying it so far. The author makes no pretensions about being an expert in any field, so he's simply telling stories. I like it.
These are all the ones I've read/finished recently that I can remember. Will continue to add...
