Oh, I thought about it for a minute - I really love historicals - and right now it's a toss between Devil Cynster Devil's Bride and Anthony Blake, Viscount Torrington A Gentleman's Honor.

Yep, I love them! The very first romance book I read from cover to cover was my mom's copy of Bertrice Small's (with that actuall cover). I was in elementary school but I was hooked. I actually have that book, original cover and all. Bertrice Small has her issues (some of her other work was simply a rape-fest) but this is my favorite.

My first was Johanna Lindsey, , definitely a bodice ripper!

Hi MrsJoseph, welcome to the group. I stopped reading Beatrice Small because it seem like the heroines were always getting raped. My 1st was Jude Deveraux in Junior High School.

That's the reason I stopped reading Beatrice Small, too, after I threw one of her books across the room.

I've only read a little of Jude Deveraux, she (and Nora Roberts) really makes me cry, you know? The last one I bought was

2. Why did you join - I have always loved he dark bad boy in all the books (I am even a Damon fan on Vampire diaries not a stefan fan) Bad boys are more fun, interesting and way cuter!!
3. Jerricho Barrons, pretty much all the Black Dagger Brotherhood, especially Z and Torment! Terrible from Unholy Ghosts. Robert from Barb Hendees vampire memories books,etc.

I'm Jheanelle and I joined this group after browsing the bookshelf and finding a couple of my favorites there. My favorite dangerous hero has to be Jericho Barrons from the Fever series by KMM. And who doesn't love dangerous heroes? They're dark, brooding and have that air of mystery that I love.

Now, I'm going back to the bookshelf to see what other lovely treasures I can dig up. =]
