Lachlain is a very old Scottish/Irish (forgot which one!) werewolf who had been imprisoned under the streets of Paris. When he smelled the scent of the heroine, he escaped to be with her, knowing that she was his desitined mate.

I absolutely love Lachlain. He's definitely a fave hero of mine! The Immortals After Dark series has some AMAZING heroes!

Kiki I have neve heard the term Lore Whore! I love it:)I def fall into that catagory. As far as the debate bewteen scottish or Irish.... I will just close my eyes and listen to the accent!

I love that Kresley Cole writes her dialogue for her Scottish characters with the accent (and Irish for Delcan Chase). Some authors just mention that a character has a accent and leaves it up to you!

My dangerous heroes--can't have too many, it's like shoes! A few current and all time fav's are: Damon (tv show, not book), Rafael and Darius (Dark series), Vlad (Night Huntress series), almost every brother from the BDB, especially Z, Dmitri (the Others), and a whole buncha other bad boys =)
Why do I like dangerous heroes? I dunno....maybe watching Dark Shadows at age 5 corrupted me

My name is Melody and I have "Dangerous Badboy" addiction that can't be cured...and I don't want it cured. Ha. :P

My Dangerous heroes? The top of my list would be the ever scrumptious and wicked Lord St. Vincent (Sebastian) from Devil In Winter. He is the most memorable for me. Good lord. If any of you haven't read it I highly recommend it! I haven't read enough books with the badboy recipe that have stayed with me like LK's heroes. That's why I've joined this group cause I wanna make that list longer. ;)

Why do I like Dangerous heroes? Cause not only are they yummy (like two scoops with a cherry on top) but it makes them more intriguing and alluring to read about. I'm a sucker for 'villianous' heroes with dark/troubled history who show a different side of them no one expects around the right woman. It's the chipping away from the cold exterior and finding something underneath that's really enthralling and makes me all a flutter. Heh. ;) Yeah...I need help.

Hi all! I've been a member for a while but haven't been on the group much. Sorry! lol. I can't remember if I did an intro when I joined or not. I was wondering if anyone had any Dangerous hero suggestions for me!! So far I've read and loved Fever and the black dagger brotherhood (still reading that series). I bought Lords of the underworld but haven't started yet. I read Riley Jenson but stopped midway through book three. I'll pick it up again at some point, but I just lost interest. So, what are your favorites??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!

4. Nice heroes are too boriiiing (ok, not all of them). I like the wild side of the books. (And of the guys too. They ARE WAY HOT) They show that to be a bad boy, or dangerous hero, they don't have to be *nice*, And/or politically correct, and by-the-book kind of boy. Break some (fictional) rules are necessary in time from time. Did I mention that they are way HOT? Lol.
