2. Why you joined? I enjoy talking about my addiction to bad boys to fellow bad boy addicts. And because Danielle was kind enough to invite me.

3. Who is your dangerous hero(es)? Kylemore from Claiming the Courtesan, Sir Lachlan Ross from Beware a Scot's Revenge, Jack from Master of Seduction (these have the hero kidnapping the heroine, scary in real life, but sexy in fantasy world!) Valentine from Sin and Sensibility, Nicholas from The Education of Mrs. Brimley (these were not dangerous, just very naughty!)

4. Why do you like dangerous heroes? I think there is something about danger and the forbidden that is very attractive to a lot of us. Someone who stares danger in the eye or throws caution to the wind, I don't know how to explain it, it just makes you catch your breath and makes your pulse quicken!

4. Why do you like dangerous heroes? Because they can be good and bad at the same time. Good bad boy.

4. Why do you like dangerous heroes? They're tough, they do what they want and don't care about the consequences, and they always seem to make awesome lovers :P

4. Why do you like dangerous heroes? - The masculinity, the focus on getting the job done at all costs, the strength, the mojo and all that good stuff that makes the heroes dangerous and fun to read about!

3. Who is your dangerous hero(es)? Oh there's so many. Zarek (Dark Hunters), Barrons (Moning's Fever series), Lora Leigh's Breeds are always a good bet, Curran (Kate Daniels series)
4. Why do you like dangerous heroes? Reading is all about escaping reality, of course I would never want one of these men in real life because frankly some of them are just crazy, but it's nice and safe to read about them. it fulfills my addiction lol.

Jess, I'm with you on not wanting a crazy, dangerous guy in real life. But they sure are fun in books.

You may just want to read the short story in On the Prowl to get a small taste of Charles. Just knowing that Briggs had to put writing the 3rd Alpha and Omega book on hold to complete some other projects just breaks my heart.

Yes you definitely need to read that first. Its the start of their relationship and I personally don't think you would be able to follow along as well without having read it. Anna has some issues that are addressed in that anthology.

2. Why you joined? - Because the first step in getting over an addiction (or in my case, nurture), is admit you have (a wonderfully fun, I don't ever want to get rid of it) problem

3. Who is your dangerous hero(es)? - Bones (Night Huntress), Barrons (Fever), BDB, especially V, Z and Qhuinn)...to name a few

4. Why do you like dangerous heroes? - Lusting for hot dangerous men makes my otherwise hum drum life far more exciting

Yeah, I've had this addiction for a long time. I blame Anne Stuart for it. :)

I read my first Anne Stuart book, Into the Fire, earlier this month. I keep thinking I need to change my rating, it was such a good story. The hero, although weird at times, was definitely a bad boy.

2. Because I was invited but the clincher was when I saw Anna Campbell and Anne Stuart heroes mentioned in the group blurb --destiny was calling ;)
3. Kylemore from Campbell's Claiming the Courtesan, Julian from Campbell's Tempt the Devil, Bastien from Stuart's Black Ice, Peter from Stuart's Cold As Ice, Killian from Stuart's Ice Storm and Z from Ward's BDB Lover Awakened. There were some other great rakes mentioned but I wouldn't consider them dangerous.
4. Because the dangerous sob hero makes for an amazingly flawed character who will do whatever it takes to get what he wants and take you on an emotional roller coaster ride that will flip you around every which way 'til Sunday :D Now that's a good read :D :D
