4. i love reading about tortured men that can find a woman that can break them, even if it is for a moment or two...they are usually the sexiest and seeing them struggle and grow is one of my favorite parts of reading the story, and they make for great sex scenes, be it writing or reading them

2. Why you joined? I found this site via a Goodreads search and I knew it was for me as soon as I saw the name! I love, love, love the bad boys. Always have.
3. Who is your dangerous hero(es)? My most recent is Reyes Farrow from Darynda Jones' Grave series. OMG, I love him. I think my overall favorite though is Barrons (KMM's Fever series). I discovered those books about a year or two ago and fell in lust/love instantly. I've already re-read them about 100 times.
4. Why do you like dangerous heroes? Because they are seriously HOT! I don't know why, but a total good guy bores me. I need to feel like he might snap at any minute (but not too badly).

Well, my name is Calli, and I've neglected this group since joining it- shame on me.I joined 'cause I simply can't resist a bit of bad boy.
My dangerous heroes.. Mmm. Definitely Wrath from BDB, Xavier from Cherise Sinclair's Dark Haven and Raphael from the Guild Hunter series. But many many more have caught my eye...
And I like me some dangerous heroes because my Lawd all that alpha-maleishness just makes a girl's toes curl. We can't resist the temptation :)

Hiya!I've been into dark and dangerous (hot) heroes for as long as I can remember (Er, maybe "Sweet Savage Love"?) I've been known to argue with friends about the popularity of some of the darker fantasies among women--I guess if you don't have 'em yourself, you might not get the appeal.
