3. There are too many to pick just one, but usually the ones that make my toes tingle when I'm reading about them!!!
4. Like Tori, I like strong male characters with soft centres which, for me, means he is commanding, in control, but not afraid to show his tender side towards those he loves.

2. Why you joined? I joined because I love me some bad boys :)
3. Who is your dangerous hero(es)? I have so many I don't know were to start. One that pops in my head is Rehvenge from BDB.
4. Why do you like dangerous heroes? Because their so sexy, intresting and entertaining. Who wants to read about a little man that lives with his mom and is always well behaved?

Seems I'm not the only one who has it bad for those leather-clad, shit-kicker wearing Vampire warriors of the BDB!! For me, it was Rhage who left me with my toes tingling -- maybe it was the Hollywood monicker, but he was doubly dangerous with his good looks and then that living full-back tattoo and his beast. And, you know, I was SO excited waiting for the release of Covet, JR Ward's newest series, and I was so disappointed in it. Was I the only one??? I felt so much better when Lover Mine came out and I read John Mathew's story.

Joan, its so funny Rhage was right up there with Rehvenge and I didn't know which one to pick. There is something about a shirtless guy wearing leather pants. Yummy! I haven't read Covet because I've heard from others that it was disappointing. I loved Lover of Mine and with a lot of series they tend to get repetitive but J.R. Ward is great.

And, on a more discrete observation....hmmm. all those BDB bad boys were also completely void of body hair (except their heads). I just get images of finely sculpted Greek god-like vampire heroes with toned and flexed muscles ---powerful and deadly fighting machines and glorious lovers--better stop -- might result in setting off the smoke detectors!!!! It also made me rethink the idea of getting a tattoo.

Hello, I never really introduced myself after joining, just kind of dived right in. My name is Mollie, and I'm a bad-boy-aholic. Before beginning to read online discussions, my favorite bad boys were Lora Leigh's Breeds and Suzanne Brockmann's Troubleshooters. Now I've been introduced to the BDB, Dark-Hunters, and the like.

I like dangerous heroes because it is safe to read about them, I'm not sure I'd want someone that dominating actually in my life though the attraction is surely there.

I'm really a 51-year old mother of 4 grown and gone with a new grandson, a husband of 32 years, and my mom lives with us. It's not so interesting to read about reality, but that's OK.

Hi I guess I just jumped in also. My name is Linda and I am soooooooo addicted to Navy Seals and BDB. I have read all the Tall Dark and Dangerous series - I will take Joe Cat anyway I can get him.

The BDB boys well they all get my stamp of approval - they make me hummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm but if I had to pick one it would be Rhage or Zsadist.....sigh

I am also a 54 yr old mom with two grown girls and a loving husband of 32 years BUT still needs to escape.

I reserved Prince Joe my library doesn't have The unsung hero. I'm looking forward to reading it

JenC Prince Joe is one of her earlier books. Not as developed in story line like Unsung Hero BUT still one of my favorites. LOVE JOE CAT!!!!!!

I've acquired the entire series (mostly secondhand) because I find myself reading through it again every couple of years. The characters just stick with you.
