I started it last night but didn't get very far into it...but so far so good.

2. Like that kind of stories, really makes me forget about the reality for a while
3. some many of them, so little time, but usually, the darker the better
4. Living on the edge has something attractive

1. Jo
2.I joined because I think this group is fun and I would get some book recommendation
3.Rourke by J.D.Robb; Butch and Phury by J.R. Ward
4. I like dangerous heroes because they are written well. They have vulnerable aspects of themselves that are only accepted by the right woman.

I love Roarke:):) Also Joe Cat (Prince Joe). Wrath and Zsadist.........oh my heart be still:):)

Me too, but mainly I'm a Tohrment fan, and Wildcard Karmody speeds my pulse, as does Tom Paoletti. The very best are Lora Leigh's Breed heroes, Jonas going soft over a baby just thrills me.
A warm welcome to Carousel, Jo, and Marie (Jo is my legal middle name).

Linda I agree with you completely except Zsadist.

Amen, amen, amen.
Hi, all,
I've been watching Dangerous Heroes from afar, and I'm ready to jump in.
I'm Michele Hart. I write Sci-Fi Romantic Adventure, and I love dangerous heroes, depend on them to do my bidding!
If you'd like to check out my dangerous hero, my first chapter was just posted this morning.

I look forward to vigorously contributing to the group.
Everyone, have a great day.
Michele

2. Why you joined: Um, I need to know I'm not alone in this addiction. :)
3. Who is your dangerous hero(es): Zsadist, Vishous and JM from BDB; Aeron from LOTU, Acheron from Dark-Hunters, Bones and Vlad from Night Huntress, Dante from Maker's Song, Eric and Alcide from Southern Vampires...see the problem here?
4. Why do you like dangerous heroes: For the most part, I like tortured souls who redeem themselves or find compassion, love, etc. However, they are always a step away from breaking your neck. It's the thrill of it all. Adrenaline rush. :)
I agree with Ash.
A tortured soul does things with passion, even sometimes the wrong things. And it's compelling to watch. Awesome when they redeem themselves. I think the reader becomes more involved, relates to the tortured hero's trails more emotionally than the stereotypical do-good hero because we've all done bad things and we all wish for redemption.

Hi, Danielle!

1. I'm Nissie
2. Because I truly have a problem and need all the support I can get :)
3. Right now it's the Midnight Breed and the Wolf Tales guys, but list is subject to grow fast!
4. I love the idea of a man who would fight to the death for the people he loves and the things he believes in. And then rock your world when he gets home!

I love your rock your world when he gets home comment!!! That says it all right there. Welcome to the group
I'm glad there are others who like dangerous heroes. I always felt like I was kind of odd for my preference for them. :)

My favorite dangerous heroes are all of Karen Moning's Highlander Series. The most favorites, Adam Black, off course, which by the way looks exactly like the club's pic in my head.
I love to read and dream about them because I would never have them (or vice versa) in my real life this is my way of escaping to pure fantasy.

I haven't read KMM yet, but I hear I'm really missing out. I'll have to do it one day soon.
