If you're already using Delicious Library, you can export your library (or selected items/shelves) to a CSV file with ISBNs and upload it to Goodreads.
I wish I had done it by shelves/genres, etc. instead of all at one whack, but I'm not that bothered to go back and do it again.

I really wish there was a standard, RSS like, library format, so your GoodReads/ LibraryThing/ Shelfari/ Delicious Library could be in tune
