HI! My name is Vicki, I am from Chalmette, La. (about a 5 minutes away from New Orleans). I am not new to Goodreads, but I just started to keep up with it.

I used to love to read books by Dean Koontz and Stephen King, but when Anne Rice came out with "Interview With A Vampire", I shifted focus quickly.

I LOVE LOVE Vampire, Werewolf, and Fae books now. My favorite authors are: SHERRILYN KENYON, LAURELL K HAMILTON, PATRICIA BRIGGS, KIM HARRISON, J.R. WARD, YASMINE GALENORN, JOCELYNN DRAKE, KRESLEY COLE, JEANIENE FROST, CHARLAINE HARRIS, KERI ARTHUR, LARA ADRIAN, PATRICIA CORNWELL, JOCELYNN DRAKE & IRIS JOHANSEN.

moulin rouge is soooooo sad it one of my favourite movies. its a musical. its one of them films that sum ppl love it n sum ppl hate it i absolutely love it tis sooooooo good.

i'm gonna watch some of the episodes of pll 2day and then later i'll watch letters to juliet coz i just got it on dvd :)

Hi everyone, my name is Dairenna VonRavenstone.

I fell in love with vampires back about a decade or so ago with Anne Rice and Lestat. Then I moved onto anything I could get my hands on and I'm sure I've forgotten a huge amount of really good vampire books.

I've been way to busy writing my own vampire series (www.vonravenstone.com if anyone's interested) to actually read anything new. I'm looking forward to suggestions on new vampire stories I can sink my teeth into.

I love sci-fi fantasy books in general but vampires hold a special place in my heart. Lestat is, by far, the best vampire out there and Anne Rice is undoubtedly the vampire queen. But I'll admit my favourite vampire series is Karen Chance's Cassandra Palmer series. I've read so many vampire books I've lost track but I'm always eager to uncover new ones. I would love to be able to actually talk about the books I read as my friends tend to tune me out now, they've gotten so tired of my obsession :)

no1 ever wants 2 talk 2 me about my books either. i am so passionate about books and the rest of my friends r like yea its a book. apart from my best friend but she always reads the books after i have read them and i like sum1 to talk 2 while i just read them.
i am sooo addicted 2 this site. i dnt mind being snowed in atm coz i get 2 go on here and read a lot more :)

i feel lucky all of my friends read and they're crazy about books as i am
