Hello everyone,
My name is Robin and I am a book addict. If I am not too depressed on any given day you will find me reading, primarily in to werewolf/shapeshifter stories of late. Those types primarily make up my giant TBR mountain, when I printed that doc out it had 1857 entries on it.
There have since been books that I have bought that have been on it I just haven't recalibrated the number of entries left yet. I hope to do that soon.
I am happily married to a book addict's dream, he feeds my addiction whenever possible.
I look forward to talking books and getting to know you peeps on here.

Hello, my name is Schwana and I really enjoy reading different genre, but my Absolute Favorite is Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Vampire, Were - anything, etc. lol
My husband and I have been kicking around a few ideas for our own book(s) so I will be picking up as many pointers from everyone that I can. I will read to my husband whatever I am reading at the moment and he will tell me 'You know you could be one of those Author's too' I just have to laugh cause he is like my biggest fan.

Hi, I'm a new author (published 10 weeks ago and am already into the several hundred sold yet still waiting to see the bottom drop out)and found a review of one of my books on this site which then led me to this group. I love to read anything well written and am evenly addicted to classics and modern books as long as they are good. Of course like present company my favorite genre is fantasy especially vampires. My favorite jumping off point for writing or reading is, "hmm, what would happen if...", add some fantastic twist to the human condition and go. I have five books published under HK Savage available both on Amazon and BarnesandNoble.com as ebooks with another stand alone I hope to finish editing in March then on to a sequel to Life Blood (one of my non-vampire books) demanded by some devoted followers by Christmas. Not sure how book groups work so I'll do my best, usually I just read what I want to. Let me know if I mess up.

if you need any help in the group at all, just head over to the questions and suggestions area. its basically where you can ask for help. but check out the help around goodreads topic. inside is some useful info, not just for this group... but Goodreads as well!

welcome gigi i might pic your brains about afew computer related questions if thats ok, im currently setting up a ebook publishing website

what im struggling with is the best way to delivery my book to the public, ie how i get them to click, pay and instantly download. i just got a file converter which converts my word docs into pdf so thats the first step im now able to present my books in adobe with covers table of contents etc.

I'm Danielle. I love, love, love reading a good vampire/fantasy book. I probably read way too much but I can't get enough. I've been into fantasy/vampire books since I was a pre-teen. I can't imagine if I was a pre-teen now. My head would probably explode from all the new vampire/fantasy books that have come out since the Twilight series. lol. Anyway, I read YA & Adult. My favorite author right now is Kim Harrison, particularly her Rachel Morgan series. And that's a little nugget about me. :)

Hey. I'm Pj ;)(waves).
Started reading vampire stuff recently after watching True blood. Sookie Stackhouse novels is where I started (last week) and I'm on book 6 now.
I have the Twilight stuff also but hope the books are better than the films cos i found them really lame :(
I have always loved vampire films favorite being Near Dark.
Anyway I'm here to get an idea of the good stuff to read.
