I really like http://www.scifiguy.ca/. The blog has lots of author interviews and at the beginning of each month he puts out a list of books being published that month with a description of the book. He deals with PNR, Urban Fantasy, Fantasy, and Science Fiction.

These are all Paranormal romance or Urban Fantasy romance blogs.
