What's the Name of That Book??? discussion

1827099 I read a book in which a young man is writing about or investigating a family with a brother and sister, the brother has died and he was hired (I think) by the aunt. The sister is abroad. The story ultimately hinges on the concept of berserkers- from the Vikings- people who go into rages during which they show uncommon capacities for physical strength. Turns out it runs in families.

If the man in question has Tourette's, I think the name of the book is Skull Session by Daniel Hecht.

Thanks so much. I am truly grateful. I had the book on my bookshelf all the time I was looking for it! I think I had merged it and another book in my mind. What a relief to have the mystery solved.

YOu're welcome, I've read this one and the first two in his series. The one set in New Orleans is really good too.
