Just finished my 1st book of the year lol. Under Different Stars - Amy A. Bartol and now I am going to read Bishop Street - Rene D. Schultz.

I've sneaked in Soul-Mates Forever - Vicki Green and now going back to Bishop Street - Rene D. Schultz.

I just started - at almost 1,000 pages and with me continuing to read this on a long trip, can i begin to describe how happy i am to have this in kindle format? Dear God that book alone would weigh more than my kindle!

I enjoyed 'Odd Thomas' but wasn't particularly struck on the one that followed. Was a great reader of Dean Koontz when I was younger.

Today I finished reading Plagued: The Midamerica Zombie Half-Breed Experiment. A different take on the zombie genre, with halfbreeds and very little gore. (I'm not into gore, so that was a bonus for me.)

Before that I tried to read Gone but gave up after about 60 pages, was just too bland for me. Perhaps it is more aimed at 12 year olds?

Last night I finished 12th of Never - James Patterson. Now I am not sure what I am going to read, it's between a couple of ARCS lol.

Currently I'm reading Those Who Hunt the Night by Barbara Hambly. It's going a bit slow (I've hear others day the same) but it's interesting enough to make me want to finish it. It is a part of the James Asher series which contains 4 books. I was technically suppose to start reading The Barkeep by William Lashner but somehow it hasn't peak my interest as well. But I got it as a part of Amazon's Kindle First so I will definitely read it so I can leave feedback.
