Charity (charityross) Ketlyn,

You can also use WorldCat to find items in libraries near you.

Some books are also available in free digital versions through sites like Project Gutenberg and DailyLit.

Hope this helps some!

Other members might have a few more suggestions... :)

Cindy (newtomato) | 195 comments I second Charity - for the old books on the list, it's quite easy to find free ebook versions online. (Personally, I google the title plus "ebook .pdf" since that's the version I'm looking for. It sometimes takes a little hunting.)

Also, I can recommend The Book Depository:
http://www.bookdepository.com/

they offer free shipping worldwide, and their prices are very good. It's a good option for the titles you think you will like and/or would like to own.

P. (shimizusan) | 96 comments It must be so frustrating not to have the titles you want to read. The Gutenburg project is excellent for reading free online versions of the older texts.

You can also try bartleby.com. I remember they also have a catalogue of old texts too. For the newer ones, you are probably looking for versions translated into Estonian... I'd say your best bet would be to order online like amazon.com. Google books may also have some titles too.

Good luck!

Rannie Another option is www.Bookcrossing.com. Look under forums, bookrays. After you read it, you pass it on to
another bookcrosser. There's a 1001 group there as well.

Here, books are cheap.

After I read one, I give it away.

Why don't you post a name and an address here (not necessarily yours) and maybe I can send you one book, and if you can give a good review of it, I'll send you another. We will start with a 1001 book, "Story of O" by Pauline Reage...

It's extremely frustrating. Especially when everyone talks about it and you can't even say a word about it apart from title and author.
