I'm 35. But YA literature isn't about age; it's about people who believe that they can do big things against all odds. When I was a teenager, many adults told me that I was too young to do anything worthwhile, but I didn't believe them. And I still don't believe them.
I guess I read YA because I believe in my dreams. Does that make sense?
