Ok, I found them.
My only problem with this though is the formatting. Do you have it in something that actually has spaces and formatting? Like a Word document, or PDF? (you can email it to me [email protected])
...it would be really difficult to read all of that as it is...

If they're actually in print, then if you wanted to send me a copy, I'll read it... but I'm not too inclined to go buy a book just to help you with it.
If not, you can send me however you have it written...but I'd prefer PDF or whatever ONLY if it's not available in print.
...maybe get a quoted book review out of this? ;-) Just kidding... sort of.
