the Kate Daniels series by Andrews has some different vampires. Kind of creepy ones. They are one of the main bad guys, but magic seems to be the focus of at least the first book in the series (I've only read book 1)

They are really different!! *shivers* They're kind of like zombies in a way.

Zombie-vampires? I guess paranormal creatures are pretty liberal in their dating practices, so it's bound to happen! ;)

Vampires and vampire hunters are the main characters of this series. (There are others but to list them is spoilerish.) At least two more books will complete the story and there is also talk of prequels to the series.

The Witch, the Wolf and the Vampire
This has the Supernaturals in the title as the three main characters - a Paranormal Romance mainly.

Defender's Blood Alex's Destiny
The main male character is an ancient Vampire but this has Vamps, Wolves, Witches, Angels, Demons and a fairy - as well as a human female lead. This is the first book in the series, I've not listed them all.

Sabrina's Vampire Book 1
Sabrina's Vampire Assassin Book 2
Vampire/Human lots of 'adult content' in first book and some in second. Also got wolves featuring in second though only small parts

This series by Brenda Dyer is great. I think if anyone loves BDB, they'd enjoy this series. The heroes are vampires.

I enjoyed this series or what had been written so far. They seem to get over shadowed so the next books are taking while to come out.
